Recently Michael-Howard and I communicated via telephone and the USPSInc. mail
about his "good time credits" being "credited" to him. I
reviewed the published manuals for the prison system and Michael-Howard should
have been released June, 2017 and this is the best explanation that I have to
explain why I am writing to you via the "contact us" page at https://www.bop.gov/inmates/concerns.jsp.

As best as I can determine there is a problem with the unit manager at Safford,
Arizona prison. I realize that their must be a liability problem as Michael was
asked to agree and sign a release of liability form. I realize that the cusip
number is necessary to have. May I ask you for an audit of that cusip number,
and please provide that to me ? I would like to have that information as I
review the Form 95 and all necessary information.
What would be the appropriate method to send
that form 95 to MICHAEL HOWARD REED (04414048) for "Good Time "
Credited to that account data number? I do have Michael-Howard's POA to ask
this, including for Veterans benefits. I do advocate for Veterans and
Michael-Howard is a US ARMY Veteran.

To begin,Michael-Howard sent to Grand Prairie Texas via a form given to him by
Bernie Thomas,unit manager, Safford, Arizona for his good time credits,so that
he would be released to go home to be with his loved ones and his family.

The unit manager said for him to fill out those forms. ( I do have the
dates and form numbers.)

This is my question about why Michael was told to fill out the
appropriate forms and mail off to Grand Prairie,Texas when it is the unit
manager, Bernie Thomas job duties?

Is this function within the scope of the job duties of the unit
manager? As best as I can determine it appears to me to be failure of
performance by the unit managers/staff employees and a denial of lack of honest
services to Michael-Howard by those same staff and employees.

Mr. Hyle, I am very interested and concerned about the fact that
Michael-Howard was wrongly prosecuted, and is being held as an innocent man and
a political prisoner.

My hobby does include written works, published works and deep
investigations into the case of US V REED,DAVIS from its inception and hope to
release a full publication of the facts.

Thank you for both helping me and Michael-Howard in this matter to obtain
release and freedom for Michael-Howard so that he will be with his loved ones
and family.

I do appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
